Mr. Gary David Lee

Gary David Lee, 59, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be 1:30pm until the 3:30pm funeral service Friday, August 12, 2016 at Country Woods Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories in Florence. Gary was born in Hattiesburg, MS to the late John Lacey Lee and Ruby Alice Speed Lee, having lived most of his life in the Hinds County area. His profession was Electrician, having worked for Hinds General Hospital, CMMC and for the last 10 years for The Power Source. Gary was an active member of Country Woods Baptist Church for 24 years. The light of his life was his children and grandchildren. Gary enjoyed spending time outdoors and fishing at his lake house at Eagle Lake. Survivors include the love of his life, wife of 32 years, Cheryl Lee of Clinton; daughters, Nikki Shipp (Blake) and Rachel Lee both of Clinton; brother, Glenn Lee (Cindy) of Katy, TX; sisters, Lisa Smith (Barry) of Braxton, Sue Downing (Charles) of Hattiesburg; grandchildren, Brayden & Brylee Wilkins and Walker Shipp. Memorials may be made to Country Woods Baptist Church.
