Mrs. Georgia L. French

Mrs. Georgia Lee French, 97, of Jackson, MS passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Regency Hospital in Jackson. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, November 26 2013 at 11:00 AM at Crestwood Cemetery in Gadsden, AL. Mrs. French was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Curtis French; a daughter, Eleanor R. Battles of Birmingham, AL; sons, John R. French of Gadsden, AL, and Thomas E. French of Hoover, AL & Jackson, MS; and a great grandson, Blake Odell. She is survived by her son, Dr. George French of Jackson, MS; great grandchildren, Kaylin Dunn, Justin Ferguson, Hunter Dunn, Bailey Mack, Ema and Leah French. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Community Place Nursing Home, 1129 Langley Ave, Jackson, MS 39204.
