Glen David Cameron, 66, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at his home. Visitation will be 5-7pm Friday, August 16, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 11am Saturday, August 17, in the funeral home chapel, followed by interment at Georgetown Cemetery. Mr. Cameron was born in Braxton, MS to the late Leonard and Mary Nell Whatley Cameron. He was an iron worker for Carey’s Construction. His family-kids and grandchildren, were his world. He loved going to car shows with his sons, enjoyed fishing and was a member of Harrisville Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers George Cameron and Bennie Bullock. Survivors include his wife Dianne Cameron of Terry; sons, David and Elmer Cameron both of Byram; brothers James Cameron of Shreveport, LA, Gary Cameron (Jan) of Tupelo, Bob Bullock (Judy) of Harrisville, Ricky Bullock (Linda) of Florence and Jerry Bullock of Harrisville; sisters, Mary Mullins (Bubba) of Harrisville, Linda Foster (Hillary) of Bentonia, Molly Slade of Mendenhall, Tajuania Duckworth of Richland and Evelyn Ponsler of Point, TX; and three special grandchildren.
