Glenda Alexander

Mrs. Glenda Eudene Alexander, 70, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 8, 2009 from St. Dominic's Jackson Memorial Hospital. Visitation is Wednesday, February 11 from 5-8 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Services are Thursday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with interment in Garden of Memories Memorial Park.\ \ Mrs. Alexander had lived in Star since 1995. She was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship in Pearl.\ \ She is survived by husband, J.C. Alexander of Star; son, Leslie Don Alexander and wife Jo"el of Evening Shade, AR; daughters: Rebecca Ann Boyd of Witchata, KA; Carol Rena Adair of Star; sister, Billye Beck of Walnut Springs, TX and husband, Leonard; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.\ \ In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorials be made to New Life Chrisitan Fellowship Building Fund, 120 Save-A-Lot Road, Pearl, MS 39208\
