Helen Jones\ \ Helen Jones, 78, died Friday, May 15, 2009 at University Medical Center.\ \ Visitation is scheduled for 2 until 5:00 P.M. today at Chancellor Funeral Home, Byram and from 10:00 Monday until the 11:00 A.M. Funeral Service at First Baptist Church of Terry. Burial will be in Terry Cemetery.\ \ A native of Laurel, Mrs. Jones had lived in Terry for the past 46 years. A member of the Order of the Eastern Star, she was a homemaker who dearly loved her family and life. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Terry where she involved in the Thirty Niners Club, the Womens Club and taught 4 year old Sunday School for many years.\ \ She is survived by her husband of 52 years, John H. Jones of Terry; son. Stephen Jones and wife Donna of Byram; Daughter, Olga Lynn Brock and husband Kimble of Terry; and Two Grandchildren, Kameron Brock and Karlie Brock.\ \ Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Terry.\
