Sebastian Jack Baker Burnham, infant, went to be with the Lord Sunday, September 25, 2011 in Birmingham, AL. Visitation will be 10am until the 11am funeral service Friday, September 30, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Interment will follow at the Garden of Memories.\ \ Sebastian was born February 5, 2011. He is survived by his loving parents Christopher and Paige Smith Burnham; maternal grandparents Becky Smith and Sterling Smith; paternal grandparents Anne & Jerry Burnham; 9 brothers and sisters, Devin, Jaryd, Victoria, Abigail, Isabella, Alexander, Adrianna, Guinevere and Anastasia; a number of uncles, aunts and cousins.\ \
