Jack Edward Wilmoth, Jr., 59, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017.Visitation will be 2-5pm Sunday, February 5th and 9am until the 10am funeral service Monday, February 6th, all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Rosemont Gardens. Mr. Wilmoth lived his entire life in the Hinds/Rankin County areas. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and a Fire Fighter for the City of Richland for 11 years. He was also a licensed Practical Nurse for the MS State Hospital and member of First Baptist Church of Byram. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Wilmoth, Sr. and Billie Myers Welch; son Michael Ruth. Survivors include his wife, Keva Wilmoth of Terry; step-mother Leona Goode of Ridgeland; son, Jack Edward Wilmoth III of Florence; step-son, Billy Pearson of Florence; daughter, Cindy Wilmoth Seaney and her husband Matthew Seaney of Florence; step-daughter, Angie Holbrook of Raleigh, NC; sisters, Vicki Tipton of Keller,TX, Libby Snell of Brandon and Deborah Myers of Florence; 2 grandchildren, Ethan Seaney and Nic Wilmoth.
