Mr. Jackie Berry Humphrey, Sr., 63, passed away Monday, July 4, 2011 at his home in Florence. Visitation was Tuesday, July 5th from 5-8 pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. The services were held Wednesday, July 6th at 10am in the funeral home chapel with interment following at the MS State Veteran's Cemetery in Newton.\ \ He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Price. He is survived by his wife, Lydia Humphrey of Florence; sons, Jackie Humphrey, Jr. of Florence and Harold Humphrey of Conyers, GA; sister, Kathleen Clark of Star; and 5 grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Alexis, Olivia, and Claudia.\
