Mr. James Christopher "Chris" Buckley

James Christopher Buckley, 43, passed away in his sleep on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 in Florence. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, July 11th from 9:30 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service all at Unity Baptist Church (187 Simpson Highway 28 West, Georgetown, MS 39078). Burial will follow at Unity Baptist Church Cemetery. Chris was born March 31, 1976 in Hazlehurst, MS to Angela and Bruce Buckley who preceded him in death. He was a life-long resident of Harrisville and member of Unity Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing. Chris is survived by his sister, Penny Buckley; and his half-brother, Timothy Wilson.
