James Harrison, Sr.

James C. Harrison, Sr., 43, of Pearl, MS, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011 at his home. Visitation will be at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence on Tuesday, October 18th from 5-8 pm and Wednesday from 10am until the 11 am service in the Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow at Morton Memorial Gardens.\ \ James was born on May 20, 1968, in Scott County to Douglas and Stella Harrison. James lived in Pearl all of his life. He worked as a mechanic for 27 years and currently was a Stone Fabricator with Simple Stone Solutions. He was a loving father, son, brother and friend. He was preceded in death by his wife Jeanna Marie Harrison.\ \ He is survived by his 3 children, Jamie, 13, Jessica, 24, (Wayne), and James. Jr., 22, all of Pearl; parents, Douglas and Stella Harrison of Pearl; siblings, Edward (Terri) Harrison of Clinton, Clifton Harrison of Pearl, Mary Ann (Tommy) Whittington of Pearl, and Teresa (Jr.) Waggoner of Morton; and his 2 granddaughters, Julie and Carly Manning of Pearl.\ \ In loving memory, James, you will be missed but never forgotten.
