Mr. James Leslie Lee

Mr. James Leslie Lee of Terry passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 from 10:00 am until the funeral service at 11:30 am all at Parkside Baptist Church in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson. James was born in Bay Springs Mississippi to the late Eugene Lee and Elsie Fowler Lee. He was a longtime resident of Terry and was a member of Parkside Baptist Church. James loved the Lord, his church and his family. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. James was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He retired from Capital City Heating and Air as well as from Paine Supply. Mr. Lee is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Paula Dean Dearing, and his precious grandson, Michael Lee Jr.. James is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Lynda Allen Lee; sons, Michael (Debbie "Tex") Lee of Prosper, Texas and Jimmy Lee of Taylorsville, Mississippi; daughter, Debbie Lee of Terry, Mississippi; grandchildren, Josh Leach, Tyler Leach, Darren Lee, Derick Dearing and Courtney Dearing; great grandchildren, Carson Lee and Colton Dearing.
