James Faye Pigg, 80, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at VA Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 6-8pm Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 11am Friday in the funeral home chapel followed by interment at Glenwood Memorial Park in Richland.\ \ Mr. Pigg was born in Uniontown, AL on June 10, 1931 to Martin VanBuren Pigg and Lula Mae Dean Pigg. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and had been an auto mechanic for Sellers Chevrolet in Newton, MS.\ \ Survivors include his wife Willie Merle Pigg of Terry; son James Dennis Pigg; daughters Brenda (Hubert) Bernard of Metcalf, GA and Lisa (Ken) Carraway of Bassfield, MS; sister Lula Bowman of Pocahontas; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.\
