Mr. James "Dennis" Pigg

James Dennis Pigg, 60, passed away Friday, September 8, 2017 at his home in Terry. Visitation will be 9:30am-11:30am Monday, September 11, 2017 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Graveside services will follow at 12:00 noon Monday at Glenwood Cemetery in Richland, MS. Dennis was born in Revanna, OH and was a resident of Terry for the past 20 years. He was a self-employed Carpenter who enjoyed hunting, fishing and absolutely loved NASCAR, with his favorite being #24, Jeff Gordon. Dennis adored his family, especially his mother. He is preceded in death by his father, James F. Pigg and his favorite dog “Taco”. Survivors include his mother Willie Merle Latham Pigg; sisters, Lisa (Ken) Carraway of Bassfield, MS and Brenda (Hubert) Bernard of Thomasville, GA; four nephews, Allen, Joey, Jonathan and Christopher.
