Mr. James Wayne Beavers

James Wayne Beavers, 71, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be Friday, January 13th from 5-8 PM and Saturday, January 14th from 12 PM until the 1 PM Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. Mr. Beavers moved to the Florence area 10 years ago, he is from Puckett. He attended Trinity Gospel Fellowship. He loved fishing and hanging out with his buddies at Ramey’s. He was a devoted and hard -working man that worked for himself as a sheetrock contractor. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. Wayne is preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Laudie Beavers; brother, Henry Beavers; and sisters, Henrietta Hickman and Clemmie Ann Porter. He is survived by his children, Terri Brister, Regina Beavers, Melissa MacNeill, Jamie (Laura) Beavers, and Nikki (David) Young; sisters, Imel Vanderford and Mary Nell Parker; and 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
