Mr. James Winfred Wells

James Winfred Wells, Sr, 88, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. A graveside service will be Friday, July 29th at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories. Mr. Wells was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Willie Wells; brother, Leon Wells; and sister, Stella Jones. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Cathy Dyer Wells of Pearl; children, Carl McLemore (Elaine) of Terry, Melissia Standley (Craig) of Yazoo City, James Wells, Jr. (Jennifer) Of Alpharetta, GA, and Tina Davis; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Earlene Braggs of Corinth and Naomi Lindsey of Panama City, FL; brother, Joseph Eli wells, Jr of Enterprise, AL; and a host of nieces and nephews.
