Mr. James Everett Wiliams

James Everett Williams, 93, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, March 24, 2017 and 10am until the 11am funeral service Saturday, March 25, all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood South. Mr. Williams was a native of Taylorsville, MS, living most of his life in Jackson and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was the last of 10 siblings and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. He was a Mason with the Leavell Woods Lodge and worked at General Electric for 43 years as a machinist.
