Mr. James Ray Wilson

James Ray Wilson, 71, passed away Monday, November, 1, 2016 at his home in Florence. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 5th at 2:00 PM with visitation one hour prior at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. James was born in McKinney, TX and has lived in the Brandon and Florence areas for the past 27 years. He loved the outdoors, hunting, yard work, his family. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, Rita. They traveled to numerous places within the US and others including Canada, Hawaii, Ausralia, South America, Czech Republic, Turkey, and Greece. James was preceded in death by his father, James Roland Wilson in 1978. He is survived by his mother, Sarah Delilla Davis; his wife of 52 years, Rita S. Wilson; daughters, Karen McGrath and her husband, David and Stephanie McGehee and her husband Clay; brother, Larry Wilson and his wife, Joni; sister, Gloria Bourland and her husband, Bob; grandchildren, Austin Lambert, Alexa Caldwell, Collin Caldwell, Maddie McGrath and Davis McGehee; great grandchildren, Ava Lambert and Eisley Moos.
