James F."Ricky" Deaton, Jr.\ Terry\ \ Ricky Deaton, 55, died December 25, 2007 at CMMC, Jackson, MS.\ \ Visitation will be held December 29, 2007, 5:00p.m.-8:00p.m., at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS, and services at 2:00p.m. December 30, 2007 at the funeral home with interment to follow at Gallman Cemetery, Gallman, MS.\ \ Mr. Deaton, a retired Tool/Die Technician of Delphi, was an alumnus of Mississippi State university and an avid sports fan.\ \ Survivors include mother, Johnnie H. Deaton, Pearl, MS; father James "Freddie" Deaton, Gallman, MS; sons Michael Shane Deaton (wife Katey), Reece Deaton; sister Jackie Davis Rutland (husband Eddie), brother James Deaton, granddaughter Emma Grace Deaton, nephew Chad Davis (wife Diane);and great niece Kirsten Davis.\ \ Ricky was predeceased by brother, John Deaton and nephew Jason Davis.
