Janice Welch

Janice Welch, 77 , went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 5-8pm Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 11am Thursday, September 13 at St. Paul Presbyterian Church with a one hour visitation prior to service time at the church. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.\ \ Mrs. Welch was a native of Stringer, MS, having lived most of her life in the Jackson area. She was the secretary at Cecil Welch Plumbing and member of St. Paul Presbyterian Church.\ \ Survivors include five sons, Charles Welch Jr., Bill Welch (Vianne), Joe Welch (Sharon), Steve Welch (Melinda) and Doyle Welch; one daughter, Amy Welch Balliet (Scott); two brothers, Kermit and Kent Myrick; four sisters, Dean Boyd, Bobbie Jean Rayner, Nell Lucas and Diane McKinley; 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. \ \ On line guest book available at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\
