Mr. J.C. Walker, Jr., 81, fought the good fight and finished the course on October 10, 2010 in Jackson. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Clear Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.\ \ Mr. Walker, a godly man lived a life of love - love for his God, his wife of 41 years, his fellowman and God's animals. He saved many lives as he served his country in the Korean War in the 1950's. He worked for Kuhlman Electric for over 15 years. He enjoyed the outdoors through his hunting, and fishing. He was also a NASCAR racing fan. One of his favorite activities was spending time dining and fellowshipping with friends. He had been a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church since he was 10 years old.\ \ He is survived by his wife, Mary Esther Huber Walker of Florence.\
