Jean Tannehill

Jean Tannehill, 82 , went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 19, 2012 after a brave battle with cancer. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, April 20, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram and Saturday, April 21, from 11am until the 1pm funeral service at Lakeshore Congregational Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Holly Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Braxton.\ Jean was born to Jack Erwing & Ella Wheeler Holliday on February 12, 1930 in Jackson, MS. She was a homemaker who had also worked at Alamo Plaza Motel and Norman Shirtmakers and enjoyed spending time with her family & friends.\ She is preceded in death by her husband Leslie Charles "Bo" Tannehill, "Little" Stephen Harris Jr., April Tannehill, Parents J.G. and Ella McCormick, Jeanette Pinnix, and Jack Holliday Jr.\ Survivors include her children Terry Tannehill (Diane), Leslie Tannehill, Beth Tannehill Alliston (Ira), John Tannehill (Angel) and Jack Tannehill; 11 grandchilden and 6 great grandchildren.\ Memorials can be made to Blair E.
