Mrs. Jean Rawls Temple

Geneva Jean Rawls Temple, 68, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2015 at her home in Florence. Visitation will be Saturday, January 16th from 5-8 PM and Sunday, January 17th from 1PM until the 2 PM Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. Mrs. Temple was born in Magnolia, MS to Josh Harmon and Lillie Belle Mulligan. She resided in Florence for over 30 years and spent her life as a homemaker. Mrs. Temple was preceded in death by her son, Henry Temple. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, William G. Temple, Sr. of Florence; sons, Glenn Temple of Florence, Bobby Temple of Florence, and Billy Temple of Hattiesburg; daughters, Patricia James of Florence, Lisa Lavelle Dykes of Pelahatchie, and Melinda Gail Temple of Florence; half sister, Christine Henderson of Magnolia; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grand children.
