Jean Polk Teasley

Jean Polk Teasley,84 , passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Trace Pointe Assisted Living Center in Clinton. Visitation will be 1:00pm until the 2:30pm funeral service Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.\ \ Mrs. Teasley, a native of Mize, MS, lived most of her life in Jackson. She had worked many places in Jackson, including McRae's and retired from MS Valley Gas. Mrs. Teasley loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing.\ \ She is preceded in death by husbands, L.C. Polk, Jr. and Archie Teasley; daughter Barbara Polk and grandson Daniel Powell.\ \ Survivors include her son Grady C.
