Mr. Jeff Dale Parker

Jeffery Dale Parker, 53, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016 from results of a motorcycle accident in Gulfport. Visitation will be Thursday, October 13th from 5-8 PM and Friday, October 14th from 10 AM until the 11 AM Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at White Plains Cemetery in Sebastopol. Jeff, a longtime resident of Star, was born in Philadelphia, and raised in Sebastopol. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed NASCAR, music, boating, camping, horses, UFC, watching his boys play football, and riding motorcycles. He worked for himself as a painter. Jeff is preceded in death by his stepfather, Frank Pengitore; uncles, James Brunson and Miller Parker; Great Uncle, Obie Graham; great grandmother, Maggie Graham; Great Aunt, Lottie Graham; and cousin, Stacy Moudy. He is survived by his wife of over 3 years, Missy Parker of Star; sons, Levi (Shauntae) Parker of Florence, and Cole Parker of Star; daughter, Candi (Nathan) Fitzhugh of Braxton; step-daughters, Sara, Sydney, and Shelby Knight, all of Star; mother, Charlene Pengitore of Star; Father, Mitchell Parker of Newton; brothers, Anthony Parker of Old Pearl, Mike (Patricia) Stringer of Star, Keith Dedmon and Michael Parker; sisters, Beverly (Chris) Brewer of Pearl and Angie (Jeff) Parker of Hurley, MS; step-sister, Sherry Billings of Pearl; grandchildren, Anna Lauren Parker, Brantley Parker, Chloe Fitzhugh, Charli Anna Criddle and Mayson Clay Welch; nieces, Brittany Stringer, Stacy Strickland and Taylor Jennings; nephews, Chris Stringer, Matthew Stringer, Jeremy Parker, and Danny Ray Jennings; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
