Mr. Jeffrey (Jeff) C. Ferguson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey C. “Jeff” Ferguson. He was born August 2, 1960 in Cedartown, GA and called to our Savior, Jesus, on February 25, 2017. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence with burial to follow at Glenwood Memorial Park. He served the US Navy for an extended period of nine years. His life stands as a testimony to the grace of God by travelling all the world while serving the military and truck driving. His favorite sports teams were the Atlanta Braves and the Dallas Cowboys. Jeff has gone home to join his mother, Doris Mae Ferguson and his older brother, Robert Chester “Bobby” Ferguson. He is survived by his loving father, his nieces, extended family and his US Navy friends who he loved so dearly. Also, left to cherish his memory are the family members and husbands of his nieces who stayed by his side while in hospice.
