Jeri Kirkland

Jerry "Jeri" Kirkland, 68, went to be with the Lord Thursday, September 30, 2010 at UMC in Jackson. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday, October 1, 2010 at Chancellor Funeral Home of Byram and 12noon until 1:00pm Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Apostolic Faith Pentecostal Church, with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm at the church. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories in Florence.\ \ Mrs. Kirkland was a native of Philadelphia, MS. She was the first female Barber student at Hinds Jr. College, one of the first female Barbers in MS, former state champion hair stylist and owner/operator of Kirkland Hair located in downtown Jackson.
