Jesse Carroll Hodges

Jesse Carroll Hodges, 80, on January 7, 2025, passed away peacefully at his home in Jackson, MS, he was surrounded by his loving family. Jesse was born October 31, 1944, to Corrine and Carroll Hodges of Terry. MS. He was the youngest of two boys.

Jesse was a graduate of Terry High School. He went on to be a business owner by opening a TV repair shop in Jackson, MS, called, Hodges TV.

Jesse was an avid fisherman and hunter. In his free time, you could find him on the water or in the woods. 

Jesse was a wonderful father and all-around family man. He was a friend to many, and everyone loved him. He will be greatly missed, and his legacy will carry on through many generations. 

Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, his older brother, Reggie Hodges, and his daughter, Darlene Neese.

Jesse is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Evelyn Diane Hodges; his daughters, Kim Barefoot (Danny), Anita Eaves (Bengy), and his sons, Steve Hodges, Craig Jones (Sharon), and Chris Jones (Dana). He was the adored grandfather of eight grandchildren and loving great grandfather to eight great grandchildren.
