Jesse Aaron Griffing

Jesse Griffing, 28, died in Rankin County, Saturday, August 14, 2010. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. A visitation will be held Wednesday an hour prior to the 2 pm funeral service at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Terry. \ \ Jesse was born November 11, 1981 in Rankin County. He was employed by McNeely Plastics in Clinton. Among his favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing and playing on the computer. He was very good with kids and enjoyed them, especially his nephew and nieces. Most importantly, he loved spending time with family no matter what type outing. \ \ Jesse is survived by his parents, Eddie and Rebecca Griffing of Terry; sister, Patricia Curtis (Lee); brother, Eddy Griffing, Jr.; grandfather, Jack Murphy of Terry; grandmother, Grace Griffing of Pearl; nephew and nieces, Shania, Cody, and Taylor Rose; and numerous extended family and friends.\
