Jodi Jackson Taylor

Jodi Jackson Taylor passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at the age of 51 in her home after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Jodi was born September 25, 1971 in Jackson, MS.  She was the daughter of Earle and Mickie Jackson of Terry, MS.  She graduated from Forest Hill High School in 1989 and later pursued her career in nursing. 

Jodi is survived by her husband, Gerald Taylor, her fur-baby Dash, her mother Mickie Jackson, her brother David Jackson (Becky), her sisters Angela Britt (Jonathan) and Diana Berry (Cory), and many nieces and nephews of whom she adored.  She was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Jackson, her maternal grandparents Clifton and Mavis Craig, and her paternal grandparents Matthew and Francis Jackson. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS at 2:00 p.m.
