Jonna Jones

Jonna P. (Pitts) Jones, of Crystal Springs, went to be with Our Heavenly Father on October 10, 2011. She passed at UMC in Jackson from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Visitation will be held at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram on Thursday, October 13, 2011 from 5-8 pm with funeral services on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 11am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park on Clinton Blvd.\ \ Jonna was born July 14, 1969 in Jackson to John & Joann Pitts, who preceded her in death. Jonna graduated from Wingfield High School in 1987 and then graduated in 1990 from Hinds Jr. College - School of Cosmetology. In June of 1994, she married the love of her life Dean Jones of Crystal Springs. Jonna was a very loving wife, mother and sister. \ \ She is survived by husband, Dean Jones of Crystal Springs; sons: Taylor and Bailey Jones of Crystal Springs, brothers: Greg (Babs) Pitts of Brandon, Joseph Pitts of Austin, TX, John L Pitts, Jr. and sisters Rita Pitts and Jennie Lou (Pitts) Adams which are all from the Delta. Her nieces and nephews are Alianna, Jordan, Stephan, Parrish, and Slater. \
