Joseph Herrington

Mr. Joseph O. Herrington, 73, died Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at his home in Richland. Visitation is Thursday, May 13, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Services will be 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Briar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.\ \ Mr. Herrington enjoyed blue grass and gospel music and dining out with family and friends. He was a member of Briar Hill Baptist Church.\ \ He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jackie Herrington.\ \ He is survived by his wife, Willie Jean Herrington of Richland; sons: Joseph Earl Herrington of Richland, Terry Conway Herrington of Wesson, Scottie L. Herrington of Wesson and Kevin Michael Herrington of Monticello; daughters: Robin Herrington of Wesson, Tammy Marie Burchfield of Brookhaven, Connie Louise Maxwell of Brookhaven, and Paula Annette Hamilton of Wesson; sister, Carolyn White of Denham Springs, LA; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.\
