Mrs. Judy Ann Armstrong

Judy Ann Dendy Armstrong, 65, passed away Monday, November 2, 2015 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 5-7pm Tuesday, November 3, 2015 and 10am-until the11am funeral service Wednesday, November 4, 2015, all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood South. Mrs. Armstrong was born in Leland, MS to Leonard and Margaret Heir Dendy. She was a longtime resident of Jackson, retiring from the Jackson Public School System. Mrs. Armstrong was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed sewing, reading, puzzles and she loved to watch Western movies. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Randy Armstrong of Jackson; daughters Kathy McManus (Mike) of Picayune and Mary Sullivan (Chuck) of Jackson; brother Kenneth Dendy of Florence; sisters Linda Luke of Florence, Patricia Divine (David) of Gadsden, AL and Jane Dendy of Florence; grandchildren Morgan & David Reeves, Kaitlyn & Ramsey McManus, Emma & Piper Sullivan and one great grandchild on the way.
