Mrs. Judy Ward Austin

Mrs. Judy Ward Austin, 72, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 at her home in Harrisville. Visitation will be Monday, May 14, 2018 from 5-8 PM and Tuesday, May 15th from 1:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. funeral service all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Palestine Cemetery in Harrisville. Mrs. Austin, a homemaker, worked for many years at Chloride Battery Plant. A life-long resident of Simpson County, Mrs. Austin loved to grow flowers and enjoyed riding motorcycles. Mrs. Austin is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Craig Austin; daughter, Teresia Lynn Jennings; and by her parents, Percy and Dessie Ward. She is survived by her sons, Jeff Jennings of Florence, Danny Jennings of Harrisville, Tracy Young of Harrisville, and Joey Young of Harrisville; daughter, Deandria Jennings of Florence; sister, Carol Dellucci of Richland; 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her partners in crime, Doris Kircher and Donna Irby.
