Mrs. Judy Phillips

Judy Phillips, 69, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2016 at her home in Florence. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 12th from 5-8PM and Wednesday, July 13th from 9 AM until the 10 AM Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Mt. Olive, MS in the Merry Hell Community of Simpson County. Mrs. Phillips was a member of Hickory Ridge Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Windom and Ida Sullivan; son, Pee Wee Barnett; daughter, Vickie Highlander; sisters, Mary Phillips and Shirley Smith; grandchildren, Ashley Victoria Russell and Sara Camille Hynum; and great grandson, Brentlee Hilton Pine. Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband, Jimmy Phillips, Sr. of Richland; daughters, Rena Tanner of Richland, Angel Phillips of Richland, Melissa Evans (Mark) of Florence, Barbara Myers (Terry) Of Sumiton, AL, and Michelle Phillips; sons, Jimmy Phillips (Mary) Of Richland, Pete Barnett of Magee, and Richard Phillips of Brandon; brothers, Pat Sullivan of Mendenhall and Gibson Phillips of Richland; 24 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
