Karen "Baby Girl" Marie Jones

Karen Jones, known by all as “Baby Girl”, of Richland, MS, passed into the arms of Jesus on Friday, August 19, 2022 at St. Dominic's Hospital in Jackson. She was 69 years old.  Family and friends will gather to Celebrate her Life on Friday, August 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence.

Baby Girl was born December 6, 1952 in Iowa City, IA to the late Thomas, Sr. and Odella Jones. She was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, only living in Richland, MS for a short time. She loved the Lord. She enjoyed traveling, going out to eat, watching movies, and playing bingo. She loved music and spending time with her family.  She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

 Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas Jones, Jr., Timmy Jones and Michael Jones. She is survived by her brother, Ronald Jones of Clinton, SC and her sister-n-law, Ethel Turner of Richland, MS.
