Kenneth Wayne Shows

Kenneth “Wayne” Shows Sr. passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024, in Morton. MS. He was 81 years old.

Wayne was born on July 30, 1942, to William Collin Shows and Eugnia Frazier Shows in New Orleans, LA. He retired from the United States Army National Guard where he served as a Drum Major for the Army National Guard Band in Jackson, MS. Wayne was an avid Nascar fan, and his favorite driver was Tony Stewart.

Wayne is preceded in death by his parents; and his wife of 51 years, Sandra Vee Shows. He is survived by his sons, Kenneth Wayne Shows Jr. of Gulfport, MS, William Collin Shows of Jackson, MS, and Paul Wynne (Brenda) of Lake, MS; sister, Louise Butler of Gulfport, MS; grandchildren, Paul Zachary Wynne, Emily Wynne-Pool (Matthew), and Jonathan Berry Wynne; and 5 great grandchildren.
