Mr. Larry Leon Estes

Larry Leon Estes, 67, passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-7pm Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will begin at 7pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Estes was a native of Jackson, living the last three years in Terry. He was a wonderful husband, father, step-father and grandfather, who loved his family dearly. He was partner with his great friend Wayne Conerly for many years, then becoming owner/operator of Conerly Construction, a lifetime of 52 years. Mr. Estes was a car enthusiast and member of MS Classic Cruisers. He enjoyed RV traveling, Ole Miss football, his dogs and cats. He is preceded in death by his parents Percy & Ruby Burden Estes and sister Glenda Campbell. Survivors include his wife Audrey Estes of Terry; daughter Christi (Bill) Day of Sugarland, TX; step-sons Chris (Jenny) Moran of Terry and Jamie Moran of Gulfport; brother David (Linda) Estes; sister Sue (Randy) Hancock; grandchildren Braden & Makenzie Day, Heather & Cody Moran; nephew Michael Estes; nieces Rebecca Farmer, Melissa Romines and Angela Hodges.
