Larry Mittlestat

Larry Mittlestat, 68, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at St. Dominic's Hospital. Visitation will be Friday, April 22 from 5-8pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. The service will be Saturday, April 23 in the funeral home chapel with interment in the Garden of Memories.\ \ Mr. Mittlestat, a native of Michigan, has called Richland home for the last 5 years. He spent most of his life as a plumber. He retired from Wal-Mart in Richland and Pearl. He was also a US Navy Veteran and a member of Skyway Hills Church of Christ.\ \ Preceded in death by his son, Jim Mittlestat, he is survived by his wife of 18 years, Helga Mittlestat; son, Stacy Mittlestat; daughters, Tonya Neatherland, Stephanie Miliam, Margaret Mittlestat, and Sylvia Mittlestat; brothers, Earl (Rose Mary) Mittlestat and Marvin (Pat) Mittlestat; sister, Sharon (David) Rushlow; and a number of grandchildren.\
