Miss Laura Ford

Miss Laura Ford, 38, passed award at Garden Park Hospital in Gulfport, Mississippi on Friday, November 3, 2017. Services will be held on Tuesday, November 7 @ 10:00am at St. Therese Catholic Church located at 309 W. McDowell Road in Jackson. Visitations will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Monday, November 6 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence and from 9:00-10:00am at St. Therese Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 7. Burial will be in the Hickory Ridge Cemetery in Florence. Laura was self-employed in construction. She enjoyed reading and music. She will be remembered as a loving person whose passion in life was to help those in need. She is survived by her parents, Buddy and Kathryn Ford of Florence; brother, Joel (Brandi) Ford, Jr. of Brandon; sisters, Christina Ford of Flowood, Grace Ford of Wiggins and Rachel Ford of Florence; and several nieces and nephews: Conner Kendall, Riley Ford, Madeline Stephens, Dakota Ford, and Joelee Ford.
