Laura Leigh Lacy

\ Laura Leigh Lacy, 16, of Pearl, died Sunday, December 26, 2010 in an automobile accident in Byram. Visitation is 5-8pm Wednesday and 12-2pm Thursday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Funeral services are 2pm Thursday at the funeral home with burial following at Lakewood Memorial Park. \ \ \ A native of Jackson, Laura was a sophomore at Pearl High School. She attended Westhaven Church of God. She is preceded in death by her sister, Vickie Elise Cook.\ \ Laura will be remembered most for her quick wit. Her sense of humor got her through good times, bad times, and boring classes. Everyone who knew Laura has a story about how she made them laugh. Now in her passing, her friends and family are sure she is smiling down on them as they share stories and try to laugh through their tears.\ \ She is survived by father and stepmother, Bryan and Vicki Lacy, of Pearl; mother, Sherri Lynn Lacy, of Crystal Springs; grandparents, James and Lula McWilliams ,of Terry and Johnny and Carol Jones, of Pearl; sister, Jennifer Lynn Roberts, of Pelahatchie and a number of uncles and aunts.\ \
