Mrs. Lavelle Thompson Robertson

Mrs. Lavelle Robertson, 86, passed into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at her home in Pearl. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, September 3rd at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence from 11:00 – 12:00. A Graveside Service will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS. Mrs. Robertson was born November 7, 1934 in Brandon, MS to the late B. S. and Fannie Lou Thompson. She worked and retired from McCarty Holeman in the meat department. After her retirement, she and her husband did wood work and sold them at Flea Markets. Her passion was her yard and her flowers. Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Robertson and her siblings, Shirley Grantham, Ben Thompson, Will Allen Thompson, John Thompson, Gwen Warren, and Carolyn Wade. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Bolton; grandson, Billy Collett and his wife, Candi; great grandsons, Tyler Collett and his wife, Courtney and Brody Collett; and great granddaughter, Carson Collett.
