Leila Gabrelle Crain

On October 10, 2023, the angels came back for Leila Gabrelle Crain, fondly known as Gabby, and she got her "big wings" in heaven.  She has looked forward to this day since the first time she saw her angels and got a sneak peek of Jesus and the wonders of heaven.

Born on July 8, 1987, in Flowood, MS, Gabby lived a life filled with compassion and faith. Her dedication to Christ was unwavering, and she shared her remarkable testimony with anyone she crossed paths with.

Gabby's journey was defined by her close-knit family and her deep affection for animals, particularly horses and dogs. She found solace and happiness in their company, fostering a connection that brought her immense joy throughout her life.

To those who were fortunate enough to know Gabby, she touched their lives through her kind spirit and heartfelt words. Her passion for sharing her testimony was evident as she guided others towards finding the love and peace she discovered through her faith in Christ. If you had the privilege of knowing Gabby, it is likely that she shared her incredible story of redemption and grace with you.

Gabby's parents, William "Gabe" and Lisa Crain of Raymond, MS, mourn the loss of their beloved daughter. Alongside them is Gabby's sister, Brandi Parks (Keith) of New Hebron; a niece, Adyson Grace Parks, and nephew, Hudson Crain Parks.  Gabby held a special place in the hearts of her grandparents: Leila Janice Crain, Eula M. Owens, and Thomas Anderson. The memories they hold dear will forever be cherished in their hearts. 

Gabby is preceded in death by her aunt Renee Cooper, who had a very special bond with her.

A Celebration of Life service will be held for Gabby October 15, 2023, at 2pm at Lakeshore Methodist Church in Byram.  

Donations may be made to Lakeshore Methodist Church in her honor.

JESUS LIVES AND HEAVEN IS FOR REAL!!!! I WANT TO SHARE MY TESTIMONY WITH EVERYONE!!!

I was in a severe wreck on May 6, 2011. Two weeks before my wreck I went to bed and I saw two angels, I knew who they were, one was Christopher Lewis and the other one was MawMaw Reno. They both spoke to me and told me everything would be Ok. Then I saw a bright light and they had on long white robes and they had wings that were so soft you could lay on them. I was shocked and jumped out of my bed and went and told my Mom what I had seen. When the accident happened, I remember my cousin Leo was sitting and talking to me. My vehicle flipped three times and when I went unconscious my ANGELS came back one on each side and they took me to HEAVEN. I SAW JESUS at the gate and I wanted to stay and I asked Him if I could stay, He said no because it was not my time and my Mom and Dad needed me. It was so peaceful up there. There was a lake that I could see straight thru it, clear water and it was full of fish and turtles. And one lake where Jesus was baptizing everyone who came into Heaven. I also saw dogs and horses in Heaven. I had little wings because you only get big wings if you get to stay. Heaven is the most beautiful place you could ever imagine. There were angels everywhere, the music was so peaceful. There was no pain and it was so peaceful... JESUS IS ALIVE AND HEAVEN IS FOR REAL!!!!!!
