Les Best

Les went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2010 while preparing to go and minister at Central MS Correctional Facility. He was doing what he wanted to do and he went to where he wanted to go.\ \ Visitation will be Friday, September 10, 2010 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9-10 am prior to the funeral service at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Lorman, MS.\ \ Les, formerly from Lorman, MS had lived in Florence since 1990. He was very active in ministry and was with Captives Set Free Ministries, Dallas, TX. He was a member of Restoration Church in Florence.\ \ He is survived by his wife, Jean Best; two sons: William (Bo) Best and Jon Best both of Huntsville, AL.\
