Mrs. Lila Mayton Berry

Lila Anne Mayton Berry, 74, passed away Monday, August 18, 2014 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 20th from 12:30 PM until the 2:00 PM Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Strong River Cemetery in Pinola. Mrs. Berry was a member of Briar Hill Baptist Church in Florence where she was a Sunday School teacher. She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, John Paul Berry and her sons, Howard and Charles Ray Berry. She is survived by her daughters, Anne (Richard) Wilson of Florence and Pam (Mel) Phillips of Kansas; and grandchildren, Margo Wilson, Tanner Wilson, Hailee Phillips, Hunter Phillips, and Rusty Berry.
