Linda Elizabeth Lollar

Linda Elizabeth Haffey Lollar, 72, of Crystal Springs, MS, passed away at Merritt Health Madison, peacefully in the arms of Jesus at 3:25 pm on October 11, 2024, surrounded by the ones that loved her the most. She was born in Jackson, MS on December 17, 1951, to Charles and Lois Haffey.

Linda lived her life filled with kindness, warmth, and an unwavering love for her family. She was sincere, sweet, and simple. Her kindness and love for others was felt by everyone that knew her and saw her sweet smile. She dedicated her professional life to Morrison Heights Baptist Church Daycare for 30+ years until she retired.

Linda is reunited in heaven with her parents Charles and Lois Haffey and her husband, William Evans Lollar. She is survived by her two daughters, Melaney Lollar Childers of Carrollton, MS (Bobby), Pam Lollar of Crystal Springs, MS (Bryce Bourne) and her granddaughter Morgan Lacey Garrett of Clinton, Ms. She also leaves behind her sweet and precious friend Charlotte Bolar. Charlotte sat with Linda for the last 9 months of her life and brought such laughter, happiness, and peace to her when life itself was not easy. Charlotte is truly an Angel sent by God. She will be dearly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of the ones who loved her.
