Mrs. Linda Jean Nelson

Linda Jean Nelson, 64, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at University of MS Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be Saturday, August 23rd from 12 PM until the 2 PM Funeral Service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Florence City Cemetery. Mrs. Nelson enjoyed reading, sewing and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her son, Greg Nelson. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (David) Sims of Flora; brother, Robert Thompson of Brandon; sister, Martha Sanders of Brandon; grandchildren, Jacob (Andrea)Sims, Haley Sims, and Shelby Sims; and great grandson, Walker Sims.
