Linda Gale Quarles

Linda Gale Quarles passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in Jackson, Mississippi. She was 74 years old.

Linda was born on November 3, 1948, to William Ellis Nash and Ruby Elaine Mays Nash in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She worked as a bookkeeper for MS State Hospital. Linda loved her family and reading. She enjoyed watching all sports, especially golf, tennis and racing. Ms. Linda was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a simple lady with a BIG impact on her family. Anything her granddaughter was playing; she was always there to show her support.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Landon Nickens.  She is survived by her daughter, Tisha Burkhalter (Jeff); brother, Buddy Nash (Linda); and granddaughter, Madyson Nickens
