Linnie J. Pierce

Linnie J. Pierce, 78, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012 at St. Dominic's Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be Sunday, March 25th from 1pm until the 3 pm service at Harrisville United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Harrisville Cemetery in Harrisville. \ \ Mrs. Pierce was a life long resident of Harrisville and a member at Harrisville United Methodist Church. She spent her time as a homemaker and she loved the outdoors. \ \ Mrs. Pierce is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Pierce; brother, Louie Garrett, and sister, Evelyn McLendon. She is survived by her sons, Robert (Kathy) Pierce, Ricky Pierce, and Don Pierce all of Harrisville; brothers, Eugene Garrett of Richland, Aaron Garrett of Harrisville, Arlon Garrett of Mendenhall, Bill Garrett of Brandon, and Johnny Garrett of Harrisville; sisters, Peggy Barlow of Richland, Shirley Lyons of Ocean Springs, and Agnes Tadlock of Harrisville; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.\
