Mrs. Lisa Karyn Boyd

Lisa Karyn Boyd passed away Friday, April 2, 2021 at her home in Florence. She was 52 years old. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, April 6th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday, April 7th from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memoires Cemetery. Lisa was born November 5, 1968 in Smith County, MS. A resident of Florence, she attended Marvin United Methodist Church. She worked for 22 years, eventually retiring from UMMC as an administrative Assistant. Following that, she, along with her husband, were owner operators of AAA-All Miss Bonding where she worked as a bail bondsman. Lisa loved to read and to fly. She took flying lessons and even flew an airplane. Lisa is preceded in death by her mother, Marie Westbrook. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Trey Boyd of Florence and her son, Joshua Boyd of Norfolk, VA.
