Lois Renfrow

Lois Renfrow, 81, went to be with the Lord Monday, May 9, 2011 at Central Mississippi Medical Center. Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be at 2:00pm Wednesday at Alta Woods Baptist Church with a one hour visitation prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Lakewood South.\ \ A native of Leesburg and graduate of Branch High School, Mr. Renfrow lived most of his life in Jackson. A U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, Mr. Renfrow had a wonderful work ethic, retiring from General Electric and later retired as Supervisor for Renfrow Insulation. Mr. Renfrow served as Deacon and Outreach Leader at Alta Woods Baptist Church and spent his life winning others to Christ. \ \ He is preceded in death by his first wife Eleanor Renfrow. \ \ Survivors include his wife Delores Walker Renfrow of Terry; sons Charles (Charlene) Renfrow of Madison, Larry (Jamie) Renfrow of Brandon and Mike (Maribel) Renfrow of Pearl; stepchildren Karen Ballard Thomas of Terry and Jerrell Ballard, Jr. of Vicksburg; brother Glenwood Renfrow of Brandon; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.\ \ Memorials may be made to Alta Woods Baptist Church or the Annie Armstrong Offering.\
